House rules & stay info

These rules apply to every Saltline stay. Individual stays may add notes on the stay page. Hosted by Mark.

Arrival & departure

  • Check-in is from 3:00pm.
  • Checkout is by 10:00am.
  • Early check-in or late checkout is a paid extra on the Extras page. It is never complimentary.
  • Early check-in: Pay on Extras. If cleaning cannot finish by 11:45am, we refund in full.
  • Check-in is contactless. Arrival details are sent after booking confirmation.

House rules

  • No parties or events.
  • No smoking.
  • Pets are welcome with prior written approval. The fee is A$95 per stay, for up to two pets.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Treat the apartment, neighbours and shared grounds with care. These are residential Bondi buildings.

During your stay

  • Dates on each stay page come from the availability calendar, including dates marked Unavailable on the host calendar. You pick dates and pay on this site.
  • Optional extras are A$95 each: cleaning, a pet fee (prior written approval, up to two pets), early check-in from 11:45am, and late checkout until 11:45am. Already booked? Pay on the Extras page.
