These rules apply across the portfolio. Individual stays may add notes on the listing page. Hosted by Mike.

Arrival & departure

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
  • Checkout is by 10:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late checkout is by prior arrangement only and is a paid extra. It is never complimentary.
  • Check-in is contactless. Arrival details are sent after booking confirmation.

House rules

  • No parties or events.
  • No smoking.
  • Pets are welcome only with prior written approval and a fee per stay.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Treat the apartment, neighbours and shared grounds with care. These are residential Bondi buildings.

During your stay

  • Dates on each stay page come from the your.rentals calendar, which stays in sync with Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels. You pick dates and pay on this site — not through a your.rentals widget.
  • Optional extras: pets $95, early check-in at 11:45am $95, late checkout at 11:45am $95, extra cleaning $110. Early check-in is never complimentary.
  • Some stays include seasonal extras, such as a jet pool, at an additional cost. Those notes appear on the relevant listing.
  • Wheelchair access varies by stay and is listed on each page.
