When you book on this website you enter a direct booking contract with Saltline Bondi Stays for a holiday stay in Bondi, Bondi Beach or Bondi Junction, Sydney NSW, Australia. Hosted by Mark.

Booking

  • Bookings are made and paid on this site. Payment is via Stripe.
  • There is a 2-night minimum stay.
  • You can book up to 9 months ahead.
  • Bookings are non-refundable.
  • Check-in is from 3:00pm. Checkout is by 10:00am (Sydney time).
  • Street parking only.
  • Optional extras are A$95 each: cleaning, a pet fee (prior written approval, up to two pets), early check-in from 11:45am, and late checkout until 11:45am.

House rules

  • No parties or events.
  • No smoking.
  • Pets are welcome with prior written approval. The fee is A$95 per stay, for up to two pets.

Cancellations and changes

Bookings on this site are non-refundable. Date changes are at Mark's discretion and may affect the nightly rate. Contact Mark at bookings@saltline.info before you travel if plans change.

Damage, occupancy and complaints

  • Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay.
  • Only paying guests on the booking may stay overnight. No parties or events.
  • Complaints: email bookings@saltline.info. We aim to respond within one business day.

Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL for consumers.
